TRAINING DISCIPLES
Ryan has a passion and heart for training and discipling which he sees as a critical part of the church today. He believes that discipleship helps to ensure that an individual is becoming more and more like Jesus the longer they walk in the faith. He also believes it is the way to ensure that the local church is raising up leaders that will help to carry the church into the future.Â
Ryan believes that discipleship is best accomplished with an approach that values and balances teaching, learning, and community living.
"We can best raise up disciples by teaching through three core competencies: Doctrine, Discipleship, and God's Whole Story. All this is accomplished in cohorts of people who also continue to challenge and encourage each other to walk closer with Jesus"
